Job Description

The Admission Counsellor is responsible for managing the student admission process, guiding prospective parents through the school’s academic offerings, and ensuring a positive admission experience. The role includes counselling parents, handling enquiries, conducting school tours, maintaining admission records, and supporting enrolment targets while representing the school’s values and CBSE standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle admission enquiries through phone, email, walk-ins, and online platforms.
  • Counsel prospective parents about the school's curriculum, facilities, admission process, and fee structure.
  • Conduct campus tours and assist parents throughout the admission journey.
  • Follow up with prospective families to maximize admissions.
  • Maintain accurate records of enquiries, applications, and admissions.
  • Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth admission processing.
  • Support admission campaigns, school events, and marketing initiatives to enhance enrolments.
  • Prepare periodic admission reports and maintain confidentiality of applicant information.

Qualifications

  • Any Bachelor's/Master's degree
  • Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school is preferred.
  • Strong communication, classroom management, and technology integration skills.
